The kitchen serves handmade gyoza, sushi and sharing plates from noon until 11pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 2pm on Sundays. All meat we serve is sourced halal, including the wagyu.

Five kinds of handmade gyoza, from vegetable at £10 to wagyu and black pepper at £13. Small plates, grilled dishes and desserts, most between £7 and £22.

The Gyoza
Every gyoza is folded by hand in the kitchen downstairs. They cook flat side down, steamed first, then fried until the starch sets into a thin, crisp pancake across the base. Each serving arrives flipped onto the plate with that golden layer on top.
The range runs from a vegetable gyoza to chicken with foie gras and wagyu with black pepper, five pieces to a plate. Reviewers from the Financial Times and The London Economic have both written about the method in detail, which tells you how rarely it is done this way.

Halal and dietary
All meat we serve is sourced halal.
Alcohol is served on the premises and some dishes contain alcohol. Please ask our team if you would like guidance.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes sit within the main menu, marked plainly, rather than on a separate list.
Private Dining and Venue Hire
The room suits parties that want to keep things close: birthdays, client dinners, small celebrations. Larger groups can take the whole restaurant to themselves, with corporate and personal bookings both welcome. Tell us the occasion and we will shape the evening around it.

Shepherd Market is the pedestrianised pocket between Piccadilly and Curzon Street, about one minute's walk from Green Park station.
The kitchen runs straight through the day, with no afternoon close. Monday to Saturday, noon until 11pm. Sunday, 2pm until 11pm. Most Mayfair dining rooms shut between lunch and dinner, so a late lunch or an early evening table here is easier to come by than you might expect.
